SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the purchase and destination of the shipment. Shipments usually take 2 to 5 business days. We try and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (except federal holidays) if the order is placed before 12:00 noon EST on weekdays. Please note that orders received after 3 PM EST, will be processed the following business day. Weekend orders will not ship until the following Monday. All items are shipped fully insured. Please request if you would like to add our signature gift wrap to your purchase. Special expedited shipping requests may incur additional charges. Jewels in Paradise will make every attempt to ship out an order as soon as it is placed with us. Please take into consideration when placing an order that our number one goal is to provide our customers with quality products that far exceed expectations. In doing so, it may occur that our attention to detail and quality control may delay some custom or special orders. 

DELIVERY
We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of your purchases. However, Jewels in Paradise is not responsible for any weather related delays that may occur after your order is shipped. We apologize for any delays that may occur while in transit and our customer service department will work closely with you to re-route any packages that may be affected.

REQUESTS FOR ALTERATIONS
If you have made an alteration request for your purchase — such as ring or bracelet sizing — please allow 5 business days to process your special request(s).
