Appraisals
At Jewels in Paradise, with every purchase made, you receive a free appraisal to ensure your most cherished valuables have formal documentation identifying their value. 

Perhaps you are newly engaged or perhaps you’ve recently inherited a cherished family heirloom that you don’t have much information on. In either of those cases, it’s important to have the item appraised so that you can properly insure it at its current market value. If you would like to appraise a piece that has not been sold by us, this is certainly possible. In order for us to appraise your valuables you will have to send it to our Service Center. If you are interested in getting an appraisal made, please fill in the contact form below, and we will send you a quote. Usually appraisals cost between $80 to $100, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the payment must be done beforehand.

Jewelry Cleaning
Getting your jewelry cleaned should be easy. Just visit us at any location to receive a complementary cleaning and inspection. Not close to any of our locations? In that case, we will have your jewelry cleaned and sent back to you. Please note that this will not be complementary and that the payment must be done beforehand. To get your jewelry cleaned, please contact us.

Jewelry Repair
All repairs are done at our Service Center. Please send an email to info@jewelsinparadiseshop.com to get your valuables repaired. For repairs please email us the following: description of the repair needed, a picture of the current state of the piece(s), a proof of purchase (appraisal or receipt), full name and home address. 

Our customer service representatives will email you back with all the details as soon as possible.

Design Your Own Piece
Now you can create your own piece of jewelry! 

How it works 

There are two ways you can do this. You can either upload a picture if you know exactly what you want. If you are not completely sure about your design and would like some suggestions, please upload a sketch or picture and tick mark the box ‘open to creative feedback’. Please feel free to add any additional notes or comments in the field below. This means that Anju and Dinesh will help you design your custom item to your liking.  

After receiving your design, we will come up with a quote and timeline of when you can expect your design to be ready. Please keep in mind that custom designs can take up to 10 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. If you have a deadline in mind, please mention this below as well.
