WHAT ABOUT GUARANTEES AND PRIVACY?
We are committed to keeping all personal information confidential. We will not sell information or share information with any one else. Our encryption system protects customer information as it travels over the web to our secure servers. Then, we protect it again in our databases. Any customers who do not wish to provide us with any information may simply contact us and indicate so. We will be happy to honor such requests.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE?
All orders received online at Jewels in Paradise are processed and, depending on stock availability, are despatched as promptly as possible and normally within 1 to 5 working days of receiving the order. If the items you have ordered qualify for Express Delivery, they will normally be despatched within 1-2 working days.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We ship through trusted carriers such as, Fedex or USPS and we always ensure the piece so that it gets to you safely. Once the item is shipped, your the tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you can track your package.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes, shipping is usually free.
WILL I PAY ANY TAX(ES)?
No, you will not pay any taxes.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN SOMETHING?
Jewels in Paradise guarantees it’s quality against all manufacturers defects reported within 30 days, from date of purchase and if the piece is certified by us, the piece will be repaired at the company’s expense. However if this is not the case, we offer a replacement or store credit for future purchase(s). Please note that 20% restocking fees will be applied. All inquiries must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
DO YOU OFFER RING SIZING?
Yes, we do offer ring sizing.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR RING SIZING?
If the purchase is made in the store, at the time of purchase we will not charge for sizing. If this is not the case we will charge for sizing.
DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING?
Yes, we do offer engraving.
